Awarding of costs is always at the discretion of the judge. In a straight win more likely but unusual. If a party has been deliberately awkward , refused a compromise and the case settles in the region of the compromise that was offered a judge may be more inclined to consider awarding costs to the side who were keen to compromise. That is my understanding.

I agree BYP , however the point I was trying to make was that the extract I posted sounds like it is potentially UNICEF and re the 220k , two points , firstly it is an initial order and secondly it is standard market practice to compensate new hires for bonuses they will forfeit at the company they are leaving. Chikungunya is primarily in Brazil I believe with some cases in Africa and India. So I very much doubt TATA are involved ( Neil and WBAFC) as you know Global NGO's are UNICEF , Oxfam blah.

The last I read in any depth about Long covid testing was an extensive trial taking place at Imperial College London and it was a simple blood test. Tbh haven't really done any research into it , so don't know latest advances. Re Novacyt and potential involvement , I think we would have heard something as LC has existed for well over 18 months now and we would be late to market. I get the feeling Novacyt went into a R &D frenzy in 2020 early 2021 and hadn't identified target markets. Hopefully more of made to order going forwards alongside news tests after extensive market research. And just Jack the SP to 50 quid we are bored waiting :) just for a day would suffice.

So P100 the logical thing to do if you believe it will be trading at 50p is to sell up and if you're right double your holding if you so desire. Having repeatedly asked for RNS's for CoPrep and numerous other things, only to be told it has to be something of material impact .... can we now draw a line in the sand and take it that henceforth anything over 200k is of material impact looking at todays RNS !
Gazman123 is the aim to have a higher % of holders in at a lower price so they are happy as it slowly moves in the right direction and less of the LTH's who have much higher expectations and indeed need it to move substantially to break even.
Furthermore they could have updated us albeit high level about the dispute. This follows a strict timescale and their is a window whereby the DHSC have to respond to us now , requesting docs , supporting evidence we have , that enabled us to make our counterclaim. In other words next steps.
Without doubt the new CE products warrant separate RNS's and where are the new LFT tests mentioned that the reader is to be used with.
