Abdx have unfortunately sat waiting and still wait to produce something. First the dispute , then a raise , Avacta contract cancelled and a Deepverge ( I think ) no minimum val contract. A cash burn and another placing incoming within 12 months if the current contract or something else doesn't materialise. I may be doing them a disservice as I don't follow closely.

If it's Mullis's the second tranche wasn't paid. If it is the new LTIP then the SP has to be many multiples of here for the board to earn anything . I think we would have mutiny on the Bounty if the old LTIP was paid out of current bank balance !

I have made clear my thoughts on lack of transparency , slow to market with LFTs, the fact I want to see M&A spend , my distrust of the chair etc. I have also stated I believe it will take time to transition and the current climate is doing nothing to assist. If I thought that there was no potential or better potential elsewhere I'd sell up , but I'd miss Pi100 so much !

Do you not think the state of the market has contributed largely to the demise of the share price recently as well, or does being blinkered suit your agenda. If I was you and I believed a tenth of what you post then you wouldnt see me for dust. Take your shares and sell them and put them somewhere where you believe the SP has potential to grow , there are thousands of opportunities out there. You elect to stay of your own free will , therefore either you don't believe the bull you write , you don't own or you need to have a serious word with someone , start with yourself. I have no idea as to why they shroud everything in mystery. But they can't keep M&A a secret and lack of it will be abundantly clear to us. They also told us about a contract under 300k so that to me is a benchmark and they now cannot keep larger ones a 'secret' some consistency required.
I also agree with Baby Huey the clock is ticking and I expect we will see some changes. Not a moment too soon either , too many sat for too long overpaid and under worked !!

Pebbles , meant to add the following. Now the real negotiations start , because both sides have to reveal their evidence , show their hand so to speak. It is required in the claim , the counterclaim and also in the DHSC's response to our counterclaim. Then both sides take a long hard look , this level of detail may well be new to both sides. All we know so far is Nova having seen the claim and the detail contained in it , which will be part of a court bundle ( if it goes to court ) have decided to proceed with a counterclaim. Now we wait to see how the DHSC decide to progress based on what they read in the counterclaim.
This is the period when real negotiations take place , a lot of this is positioning to see who rolls over. That is my understanding by talking to folks. If anybody knows any diff prey tell.

Pebbles , there is always a chance that something nobody expected could bite.
The products were and still are used globally.
If a fault with instruments they could have been swapped out. If a fault with a batch of the product same thing.
If too cumbersome and lengthy process ( prior to Promate ) then they saw it and ordered it.
Did they invoke a clause because insufficient training at speed ?
Could they be claiming Promate a replacement product and not a new one.
One of the things a judge will look at and consider very carefully is what is reasonable. Now attempts to swap out products looks reasonable to me.
Until the ink is dry we won't know 100 %.
If I knew no one else was using , or hadn't seen multiple NHS validations then I would be concerned.
I also think that although judges must remain impartial to 'news' the fact that those involved have been proven consistently to be liars may not assist their cause. All the missing mobiles , documents etc.

My issue is twofold re the contract , is there no redress with the legal firm who represented Novacyt ( they carry huge insurance ) secondly Wakefield and Snape are very experienced ( look at their working backgrounds) both must surely have had sight of the contract which was many multiples bigger then anything Novacyt had previously been involved with. Well after the great news that Exsig received CTDA approval and rereading Katalysts endorsement of both Exsig and Promate it is clear nothing wrong with the products, they don't appear to struggle using them. If it isn't settled before court I'd be calling them as witnesses who use the products daily. Now let's be having some M&A Mr Allmond please sooner rather then later is what is required.

I think the board can collectively vote. However I'd guess McCarthy who usurped G.M's mate A.Dyer is 100% a Wakefield man and D.A if he so desired would have a battle on his hands. I'm not certain Pebbles so open to being told the facts if diff to my understanding.
