“ The company will have no choice but to suspend the shares and put the company under administration in order to protect the lender and protect the assets.”
Strange they didn’t put that in the RNS. Perhaps you should phone the nomad and point out their error?

Thank you for being polite!
:-)
I reckon BEN is worth more than £1.5m, so I bought.
Not that I’m advising anyone else to!!

“ It’s just been a disastrous 18 months since the Stalicla deal was announced. I’d like to hear from posters like xxxInvestorxxx, K3VMC, Trickymatters, Mozax for their take on things. I know we’ve not always agreed but they were all very civil and reasonable.”
Sorry, I’ve only just spotted this post.
I really like the Chronos acquisition.
“ Acquisition of Chronos Therapeutics, which features a neuropsychiatry portfolio including two assets developed to late pre-clinical stage and which sits within a resurgent area for Big Pharma, for £899,481 up front, and up to £2.5m in milestone payments, all in Evgen shares.”
Quite apart from the late stage products brought in with Chronos, they now have their neuropsychiatry experience and contacts. Since Stalicla may have decided to play hardball with EVG, they have the backup of taking sfx01 back off them and developing it through TheraCryf.
Clearly, whoever saddled them with “TheraCryf” a) thought they were being frightfully clever and b) has never been gifted a copy of “Marketing for Dummies”. Thankfully, their success will not depend on anything other than sfx001 efficacy in one or more of the many research projects going on. They are all worthy projects, but I think the gliablastoma research will get some additional prominence, due to President Biden’s interest in that field.
I added on the acquisition news, but I anticipated the subsequent slide - no stocks seem capable of sustaining any rise in this market. I added again today, so managed to get my average to 2.18p. If they have any commercial success at all, the first 3x should be an easy reach, but long term it could be stunning. If and could. Just my opinion.
I’ll be adding, gently.
I'm with you on that DSFLAT.
TR1s stacking up nicely. None of them mine.
Stalicla maybe decided to play hardball, but the new partners will be ready to pick up from them, if they walk away.

“ Can anyone explain this crazy rise today?”
BEN was mismanaged by AW, who borrowed millions, but managed to pay himself an OBSCENE bonus. That started the rot. The more he mismanaged and pi55ed off suppliers and employees, the more the sp fell. The final cause of holders capitulation was the Baltimore bridge fiasco, with fears that any delay to BEN fulfilling their 400k ton offtake would cause them to become insolvent, or allow Avani to take the assets on the cheap.
There are huge reserves of coal and a willing buyer. My view is that the bridge will get fixed, AW will go screw up another decent prospect and BEN will proceed to make a profit, pay off its grotesque and unnecessarily bloated loans and, eventually pay a dividend.
All my personal opinion, but adding half a million more at £5k seemed a very good buy. Plus, I got my average down to 3.5p.
If you are nervous, please avoid, of course.
:-))
I was a great believer in GGP. God knows how much money I put in to buying the damned things. They sat in my portfolio at a 95% loss, maybe more week after week after week. Every day I logged on, they reminded me what a failure it was and how stupid I had been.
When I got an email from the share dealing platform, asking for donations of any old shares for charity, I jumped at the chance to get rid of that big red minus from my portfolio.
I’ve made worse decisions, but that one is up there.

“ But the comms have been shocking, we were supposed to have a presentation the day after the deal was completed - didn't happen and no news ”
The presentation could very easily have been pulled due to this deal with NatWest coming to fruition, in which case, I forgive Harvey.
Splendid. Now the brakes are off.
Multi site HMG department next?

“ Errrrm because there’s hardly any buyers, even at these all time lows. *awkward*”
Hey, at least it’s bringing some frisson into your life, so it’s not all bad.
:-))
My bad.
£3k net sales.
Fleecing.
MCAP drops by £1m.
Fleecing.

“ Go and look at the trades for previous 7 days he's been in and out none stop”
Ok I’ll go with your explanation. I’m not trading, so don’t feel the need to track every tick.
I’m confident AGL will win big.
