Whilst I tend to agree right now the board are not to be trusted, a share buy back is not compulsory so the fact they don't issue a price is irrelevant if you don't sell them back surely...

I spoke with HSBC sharedealing who confirm share dealing suspended until the 2 publicised corporate actions complete so between 17th and 23rd it's suspended. No effect on the planned cross listing and all shares currently held will migrate.

Just spoke with HSBC sharedealing who advise trading is temporarily suspended due to the two corporate actions, suspended from 17th - 23rd June. No affect to the cross listing or any currently held shares as we migrate into the cross listing.

Looks like a flood of selling for some reason, why now ?
