Hoping the Oz government steps in to help fund the development, although as they only have to strip the soil and can then access the weathered cap I don’t think the cost of getting a plant up and running to start generating revenue will be as great as some people think. Start small and then ramp up as demand increases, and if you prove you have a market gagging for your material financing won’t be an issue anyway.
