How can there be valuation realisation without first going through a procurement exercise or buying off an existing framework agreement? The military don’t just buy off companies they like, they have to go through a formal procurement. This starts with issuing an RFI (request for information) where any companies interested in supplying what the military is looking for whether it’s spanner’s or software respond with a high level overview of their capabilities. Once the military has digested the responses they shortlist the companies they are interested in and then issue a RFP request for proposal where the bidding companies respond to defined lists of requirements stating whether they can be met in full, partially met with workarounds or no. Compliance. The military then digest these RFPs and may move to best and final offers. The exception to this process if they are buying off a framework agreement where there are approved companies for supplying defined capabilities. There is no framework for AI so how can they provide a product without going through the RFI and RFP process which normally takes 12-18 months. Yes I work in procurement.

212 in my experience is rubbish, they don’t trade immediately, if you place an order for say 5000 shares they buy them in dribs and drabs, they also tell porkies, my wife has a stocks and shares isa with them and a week or so ago placed a buy order for Empire when they were 38p a share, a day went by and the trade was still showing as pending so she rang their helpline, they told her they were waiting on Empire Metals to release more shares to them. They eventually got purchased when they were 60p. I’d avoid them like the plague. I’m with II and never had a problem.
