Given my previously very twitchy reactions to any news, I'm positively sanguine about this share now. The UK government is despite to attract financial input, as it's one of the few growth sectors it has, when the current bl**dy awful invasion is resolved, there will be a race to forgive and forget, because it's MONEY that rules the country, and the UK dragged it's feet (Scottish, Welsh, Irish people yes I know), until it HAD to impose financial sanctions. If the shares go up, I'm making extra profit, if it goes down I'm looking to top up, a bit I'm skint! Yes there are risks, a financial curve ball in the way of sanctions or delisting, Putin going pants on head and pushing the button, but they've been an option from the beginning and so far not used. Even if it was a 50-50 risk, which I don't believe it is, the risk - reward ratio is still superb. I've out in the equivalent of 3 years pension savings into Russian based stocks, for me it's a huge amount, but it's also a chance to go from a comfortable enough retirement, to a solidly comfortable one, and I'm content.
