As of next week at 1p the market cap will be about £3m but the coffer is full of cash.
18 months ago wdc was about £7m market cap. Had 64m shares in issue at about 12p.
Will be less than 586m shares for the £1m. The conversion price is not fixed at 0.25p.
It is the 90% of the vwap of the lowest closing day price for the last 15 trading days.
Read the Align research explanation.
The vwap has risen in the last two weeks and 15th March is key . Any conversion after that will be at much higher price than 0.25p
Today's rns is brilliant. Lots of work has been done in the background over last 1 year and we are now at fruition stage.
Excited as a holder and imo a multibager in the short to medium term
Dish has doubled in 1 month and I think consolidation about here is good.
Check out TOOP. At basement level and could be about to go on a run.
£3m market cap with about half that in cash.
Revenue annually £2m+ and about to generate profit.
As always dyor
Yes I think 24 months is more realistic for target of 6000 restaurants on the app.
By then I can see us at £100m+ market cap easily.
I hope they monetize the Asian business by summer. Worth at least $10m imo ( comparing to Eatigo).
Todster the loss was mainly due to one of cost of bringing sales team in-house. Which is now done.
Investrip, get your facts right. The entire BOD pay was 196k. But Andrews left in June 2018 and now BOD pay in total is about 160k annually.
Bradley I agree. Is best to ignore them. The entire TOOP BOD are paid about £160k annually. A factual financial report posted on advfn that confirms this.
This company has a very responsible, ambitious management and imho we will be handsomely rewarded here.
We are on track to double turnover to anout £3m this financial year. Lots of new contracts have kicked in over last few months.
Time will tell.
Holding 5.2m shares and will add again before Friday.
Good luck all and cheers to exponential growth.
No one here compared this to kcom. What I and a few said is kcom have a market cap of over £300m and currently have market share of 5% of telecom business to UK SMEs.
Too currently growing rapidly and with 12 to 24 months could get to 0.5% to 1% of UK SMEs telecom share.
That's where the comparison to kcom came in. Is only a target but we all know to get to £300m ( as kcom is right now) is a tall order and will probably take us up to 5 to 10 years.
Investrip, diamond or whatever your name is, see you at 1p (£10m market cap) in 2/3 months and at 2p (£20m market cap ) by end of this year.
Keep talking crap to yourself
