Take away the penalty payments and you will get far less. Any time will tell. But the company needs to come clear on the penalty payments.

In september they were given 635k apparently EHGOSF wanted to convert at Will but could not do so after October till recently because wdc could not issue them shares. This is the reason there was no conversion for 4 months. So the penalty i suspect is being charged on that 635k. I got this explanation from someone else and looks plausible

Ying Yang do not include penalties charged as part of the bond payment. Only include the amount of convertible bonds and you will see that the amount converted as of today is less than 500k out of the £1.635m.

The total deal was for £2.7m in convertible bonds. They have received £1.635m as of today. 635k in September and 1m just recently. Less than the 635k received in September has so far been converted yet. So this story has long way to go. I predict 2bn shares here by end of April.

You will be surprised thus dilution will be on do next 2 months. At least once a week? What happened to the claim that dilution after 15th of March would be higher than 0.25p? expect 200m more shares rns on Thursday or Friday

Anyone asked Align research why we had conversion today and at 0.25p? Didn't they say from Monday the conversion price would be higher and they even predicted in a tweet on friday that no conversions will happen for a while. Bunch of ******s

Chris Brown is not on the BOD. The entire 5 BOD members own just of 90k shares. They have nothing to loose here bit will keep selling this story whilst collecting their pay cheques and living the lifestyle. They won't even put up decent photos of themselves on the website or even face the media e.g. podcast

The entire BOD here hold about 90k shares. That's less than £3k. That alone says a lot. Punters being taken for a ride here whilst the BOD collect their pay cheques.

My guess is the market makers took the 80m shares on Friday at 0.5p and have been forward selling them . Thats why we had 114m volume yesterday. Whatever is left will be sold on Monday. So my guess a drop to about 0.6p for most of the day and back to level by close.
