Check page 59 and 60 of the prospectus. Which page is your 378m warrants on?

According to the prospectus there are 2 sets of warrants. Warrant A is about 16.5m shares and warrant B has about 5m shares. That makes total warrants about 21.5m shares. This is what is in the prospectus.

The 215m are being forward sold but officially hit the market 9n Tuesday. By my calculations next conversion should be about 280m shares and rns by thursday/ Friday.

The total handed to wdc in the funding is £1.635m. 635k in September when the deal was first agreed and £1m just recently. And does anyone understand the penalty charges?

Well by my calculations ( and have gone back to September in my reserach) you could be looking at about 2bn shares to fully pay back the £1.635m From ehgosf. They gave wdc £635k in September and £1m 2 weeks back. Another £265k is due in June but right now that's not important.

They are NOT buys. All sells from yesterday.

Ying yang I told a few days ago this will be 1bn shares by this time next week. The penalty charges are always 150% more than the actual bonds converted. Expected to get to 2bn mark in 4/5 weeks

Anyone who listens to rampers here will regret it big time. Did there claim that conversion price will be higher from last Monday materialise? No. Some imo are part of the whole game and will keep spouting rubbish. Give it 5 weeks and this will be at 2bn shares easily. Was just 151m 2 weeks back. Now nearly 800m. There will be another 270 m by Wednesday next week by my calculations.

On Friday they said no more conversions at 0.25p and believe no conversions for a while. And what did we get? Don't trust a word from them. Thry only ramp this like a typical trader would.
