The Company continues to execute on its various strategies and is pleased that marketing to qualified investors in the United States is well underway for the BlackOak Alpha Growth Fund. Furthermore, the Company advises that the short-term credit facility for the Warehousing SPV is being finalized and further. Further updates will be made in due course.

After many months of engagement, the Company is now in the final stages of securing a revolving credit facility up to a $100,000,000 with a leading UK asset manager. The discussions have progressed well whereby the Company and Asset Manager have now agreed life settlement valuation methodologies and acquisition strategies.

This facility will be a key element to enable Alpha to aggregate SLS policies to be vended into investors, in a sufficient transactional value that is relevant to the underlying buyers, whether that be a bond offering or investment portfolio. The Company expects to be able to complete the necessary documentation in a timely manner and looks forward to updating the market on closing of the facility.

I think this wave may take us to test 5p and then settling about 4p before news arrives.

Conclusion of the $100m facility which is expected shortly should see us multiply quickly imo.
Deal is almost done as been made clear in the 2nd December rns.
January could be a stellar month for us.

Forward Plan

The Company will now prepare for a multi-well appraisal of Serenity and the Liberator West area in Summer 2020, which will aim to de-risk a considerable portion of the aggregate 600 MMbbl potential STOIIP identified in these structures. Development options for Liberator and Serenity will be progressed focusing initially on utilisation of existing infrastructure.

The above forward plan remains subject to the sourcing of additional funding. i3 will continue working with senior lenders on a Phase I Liberator development facility while it pursues potential partnerships to finance the wider 2020 appraisal of Serenity and Liberator.

Post 2019 drilling, i3 expects to have sufficient resources to fund its G&A requirements through 2020.

Imo our cash position must be GBP 10m+ right now. Small outstanding drill payment deferred to dolphin till next year and contingency was GBP 8m.

Someone needs to contact the BOD of i3e regarding the trading here over last 3 months and lack of tr1 recently . We need an update on current significant shareholders . the nomad and broker are not doing a good job imo.

20p+ close very likely. Huge institutional backing and imo serenity will be developed together with Tain.
Too cheap at GBP 25m market cap today when fully diluted at 17p

With serenity and liberator values we should be trading at 40p+ imo.

reminds of the bounce in prem 2 months back.
they raised at 0.02p but within a few weeks went up over 600%. i think 200% possible from here short term as is way oversold. good news should help as mtr are doing a good job behind the scenes. market cap this time last year was about £12m and today is just £3m.

This could pop soon to 0.7p area. Too oversold and the recent placing overhang about to clear with the decent volume over last one week
