Cash position right now about GBP 1.8m with approximately GBP 1.2m for the greenfield jv . That leaves about GBP 600k for working capital which is enough for 12 months.
The warrants will bring in more cash as we will soon be well over the exercise prices and imo holders will do so.

Speeding ticket. Can only be issued ones and glad is out of the way.

Tomco is a new beast

I agree target 3 to 5p short term.
Just too cheap at 1p with such a huge exciting and economic project.

Imo 3p would be a fair price today. Could see 20p by time the 10,000bopd plant is up and running

Dont be surprised to see a 100% today. Too cheap at GBP 5m market cap right now compared to the assets and project.
A fair value today imo should be 4 times that.

The warrants at 0.8p and 1.4p should bring in more than GBP 3m when exercised. funding for the full scale low cost plant should not be difficult to access looking at the economics of the project.
Massive potential here for a ten bagger within a year imo.

This process has a number of advantages over conventional oil sands separation techniques:

A modular, scalable extraction plant
Lower start-up capex
Lower water requirement
By-product of clean sand, requiring no expensive remediation
Output of sweet (low sulphur) heavy oil, potentially suitable for use as marine bunker fuel, with no further refining

This is huge and the plant will be producing ready to use fuel NOT crude oil.
Capex for plant expansion is also low and could be done in 2021.
The analyst says there is a big disparity in tomcos market cap compared to the prospects. A 5 bagger potential this year imo.

Will not be surprised to see this go over 1p tomorrow. Could test 1.4p in a few days of trading.

That was a great piece by proactive. With the placing all done I can see this over 1p very short term.

GBP 2m+ for interims (h1) will be great as we only bought DMS in mid February. Then GBP 4m+ for h2 .
Making a total revenue of GBP 6m+ for toops financial year ending 30th September 2020.
Ad I said before confident in achieving profit this year with strong business growth, decrease in costs and huge improvement in margins.
