Thanks to all for the excellent posts today. Have learnt a lot today and even more excited about the future here.

Should be GBP 5m as there are about 670m shares in issue now after the recent placing. Advfn have not updated.
Still very cheap imo.

Am not sure what is the procedure for this agm but taking from prd 's shareholders had to write in questions at least 2 days before agm . Was the same broker novum and they run the show.
Even the blame for the poor no reason rns last week should be put at their door imo. The market contacts the broker on issues pertaining a company as they are the "agent " of the company. Then the broker consults the directors and have to write the rns with input from the directors. But the broker and nomad must approve the content before it gets released.

A quote from the PRD agm rns I mentioned in my last post ( novum is their broker too):
"Any shareholders who attempt to seek admission to the AGM will be denied entry while the compulsory Stay at Home Measures (as revised from time to time) continue to be in force. The Company is taking these precautionary measures to safeguard its shareholders', stakeholders' and employees' health and make the AGM as safe and efficient as possible."

Have seen similar agm rns in half dozen companies over last 4 months. Is not the company that writes but the nomad. E.g. check notice of agm rns of prd ( one of other holdings) of 29th may.
Unfortunately is the times we live in

Quiet times are best times to load up. This will move when least expected as is too undervalued at GBP 5m market cap. Just read that proactive analyst report or watch the interview and see the huge potential of tomco.
Imo in 2/3 months time will be multiples of today's price.

As Zak said a close above 0.65p could signal a retest of 1p+. He was right last week only for the speeding ticket to spoil the show. Let's see tomorrow and friday if he is right again and this time there will be no speeding ticket.

Good close today and looks like will be further rise tomorrow. GBP 5m market cap only at 0.75p and imo should be 2p+ value here today.
Hold tight and ignore rainbow chasers as they never win in the long run. By the time the plant is up and running in october this could be 4p+

A close above 0.68p will be brilliant today. Sets us nicely for further rise tomorrow.

Can only be asked once in 30 calender days according to an analyst I spoke to.
Reason or no reason given and end of story.

Overhang gone imo. Put on your seat belts as we may see 1.5p by weekend.
Too cheap at 0.75p

A nice 2.5m buy there. Turnaround is here by the looks.

This process has a number of advantages over conventional oil sands separation techniques:
A modular, scalable extraction plant
Lower start-up capex
Lower water requirement
By-product of clean sand, requiring no expensive remediation
Output of sweet (low sulphur) heavy oil, potentially suitable for use as marine bunker fuel, with no further refining

By the time the plant is up and running in october/ November this could be 4p+.
An amazing investment opportunity at these prices.

Will be happy to just end the day above 0.69p. That should reverse the trend of last 2 days and send us back higher .

From the charts a close above 0.69p is all we need today. That should set us up for a quick rise back to 1p area.
