That's your view but at the same time to say they have "no confidence" in the business , I disagree. Mr Carter has a high court case and needed money, the broker novum waved the lock in return for settling the debt owed to toop first.

We have added GBP462k to our coffers from the Carter's today. They simply paid their debt owed to us by selling their 1.05billion shares.

Checked about 2pm and was able to sell 20k at 55p. Didn't sell though instead added with profits from coin.

If you.listen to the ceos most recent interview he said they have already met their revenue target for this quarter. And he stressed the target was significantl.
This says a lot about the growth in app users and revenue in the last 4 month's.

A no brainer at GBP 50m market cap today. One of the founders of twitter is a significant shareholder here and that speaks a lot.

They cannot place the shares without a prospectus approved by the fca. Thats the first rns due.

No rns. Prospectus still not published therefore new shares not listing today.

Fyi about 91 million shares in issue

Check the rise here in January and February when Bitcoin rose to 58k and mode 86p. The only reason we didn't rise in last 2 weeks was due to the placing overhang( sellers). If not I believe we would be over 80p by now.
Watch this go past 100p in a few weeks as overhang clears and excitement builds towards the roll out of the super app .

Near 20billion shares in issue today. I remember when I first bought in here some 6/7 years ago had about 700million in total issue.

504m total shares in issue. About 245m shares with institutions and major holders who are locked in for 6 months or more. Volume traded since listing is over 600m.
I think all 5p ipo holders who want to take quick profits are gone. They were the reason for the drop from the highs of 28p down to 9p .
Will be back to 15p+ in the short term imo
