Maestro, am not sure of the exact cost of an offshore well in Morocco but I believe would be in the region of £10m.
There is a good potential for Lixus licence area and the expanded Anchois field to contain 10+ TCF imho

Anyone here was in COVE? I got in them late but even that made me good returns when they were acquired for £1.2 billion in 2012.
Cove had an 8.5% share of of a huge gas field offshore Mozambique that contain over 35 TCF of gas.
Anandarko were the operator and they started with about 5TCF of gas . After many exploration and appraisal wells the resource went up about 10 times within 2 years.
Remember cove only owned 8.5% .
Chariot is starting at about 1 TCF of gas but this could potentially go into double digits with further appraisals in Lixus licence area and the expanded Anchois field.
Am here for a long term journey with a 2 to 3 year time frame in mind.

This is just the start for char. we are imho sitting on several trillions of cubic feet of gas here.

"The Lixus licence, which is on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, just south of Spain, contains the significant Anchois gas discovery with audited total remaining recoverable resource (2C & 2U) of in excess of 1 Tcf. The sampled gas is 97% methane, without impurities, and is held in high quality porous and permeable sandstone reservoirs.

The development plan from a Pre-FEED study consists of two subsea wells tied into a subsea manifold with a 40km offshore flowline connected to an onshore gas processing facility, from which a short 40km pipeline connects to the trunk pipeline to Europe allowing access not only to the growing Moroccan energy market but also to the European gas market.

In Q4 2020 Expression of Interest Letters to debt finance the development were received from the African Finance Corporation ("AFC"), a pan-African Multilateral Development Financial Institution with over US$6 billion in assets, and a major Multinational Investment Bank.

In December 2020, the key terms of a new Moroccan licence were negotiated which is approximately 3.5 times the area of the Lixus licence. The Rissana Offshore licence completely surrounds the offshore boundaries of the Lixus licence providing material potential running room in various gas plays on-trend with the Anchois gas discovery."

Well you want to here targets based on fundamentals? I believe will see 10p + here this first quarter of 2022.

Well our chartist Zak Mir says next target is 6p and if we break that could go as high as 11p in a month or 2. I like that:

A reminder of reasons for the 7p placing 4 weeks back;

-- Re-enter the Anchois-1 discovery well as an additional value-accretive work opportunity capitalising on a low-cost rig rate secured for the Anchois-2 appraisal campaign, due to spud in December 2021, offshore Morocco;
-- Finalise negotiations of gas sales agreements and financing to unlock Final Investment Decision on Anchois;
-- Progress new ventures on debt fundable, material producing gas assets focused on Africa;
-- Fund a feasibility work programme on large-scale green hydrogen project in Mauritania; and
--Progress the rapidly developing Transitional Power project pipeline under recently expanded partnership with Total Eren.

"The 101 million placing shares were admitted on the 15th of December and the 29 million open offer shares on the 23rd. Since the Admission of the placing shares the daily traded volume throughout December was extremely low with the share price hanging about 7p. From January 4th it picked up a bit with daily volume average rising to about 4 million for that week.
It was only on Monday 10th after the stunning news that those who want to sell actually had opportunity to sell in size and make decent profit.
This is what is holding us imho but am glad we traded about 100 million volume this week. Lots more news in the days and weeks ahead should clear the over hang and then we should be moving freely.
I have more than doubled my holding since Monday and not going anywhere till I get multiples of my about 8.5p average"
Traded about 30m today. Imo will see 20p here by end of next week. Watch and learn.

The churn is almost done and we are on the way to 20p+ short term.

Sold half my matd and bought more here today about 10.9p.
Char is now the largest holding in my portfolio.

FY22 Outlook and Prospects:

-- Robust pipeline of additional AAA and independent titles in contract or in active negotiation stage;

-- Implementation and rollout of the Azerion agreement announced today; and
-- Execution of the multiple ad format deal with one of the world's leading AAA game publishers.

Frog, don't be stupid. Don't you realise that the new 130m shares were only admitted to the market just a few days before Xmas? Real trading above 7p placing price here only started last week then the placees who want to take profit in reality could only sell in good amount from Monday.
Traded 100m volume since Monday and imo another 3 or 4 sessions will see the overhang gone .
Lots of shows expected in the short-term too which will help propel this higher.
I will be surprised if char is not about 20p by end of January.

"This is an awesome announcement from Chariot and the 45% rise in the shares as I write is just the start, even back of envelope calculations make me realise why I have been so positive about Anchois let alone the rest of the company’s operations. 
Success at the B sands is good with the bonus of one new reservoir but it is the outstandingly good news at the C, M and O exploration sands where ‘multiple gas-bearing intervals’ which ‘materially exceeded’ pre-drill expectations. This drilling de-risks so many prospects with these sands equivalent to a multi TCF block even before the upcoming well is drilled. 
The next well is planned to re-enter Anchois-1, see if it is good condition and was originally to check on the A sands which werent expected to be tested in this recent well. However the well clipped them which has provided valuable technical information. 
There is much to expect from Chariot and it has laid the groundwork for this well and significant and swift development in the future in recent months. The announcement indicates that there is an international bank lined up to lead the debt financing and with gas sales agreements already in place and the partnering process well under way, the way forward is extremely bright. 
But that is not quite all of the Chariot story, we know that there is much going on in the pan-African mining and hydrogen parts of the business as well as at Rissana and of course other new ventures promised within Total Eren.  This looks like being just the start for Chariot and the share price should increase very substantially from here."
