If we hit eps of 7.5p to 8.5p next year, the sp should be considerably higher, comparing this to last year when sp was 140-150P what was the eps back then and I take it costs were less as a comparison?

Am I correct in saying the forecast are better than expected?

Seems to imply eps forecasts of 8.4p for 2020 - this is higher than other forecasts I have recently seen of 7p for 2020. Halifax Share Dealing now showing forecasts of 6p for 2019 and 8p for 2020.

If your investing st these levels compared to previous sp then yes gd entry, issue is if there’s no upside going forward then it’s not cheap only if this rises and that’s the stumbling block the sites and not appearing in volume...
