Most of the big holders are uk/europe based.
Until there is substantial american shareholder(s), we won't see much movement as per ttd!

for those who watched Ofer's presentation,
his last slide compared trmr to mgni and showed some ratios. I expected to see it published but the video does not cover it.
Based on a conservative ratio of 10 (cap/rev), should put un on £20 per share!!!!!!

I do hope that, once they have met, the NASDAQ requirements they do list in the US.
That will be a major driver of their SP. ( And make things easier for you!).

As for my daughter, I have worked out rightly or wrongly, that it is easiest to just donate the money to her. She only needs to declare it on her tax return, nothing else and can buy anything she wants. (something called section 350?).

It would be nice to know what the answer is when you find out. Its just that I was going to gift someone ( my daughter) in the states some of my trmr shares but not if it give them grief!

I can't go into it in any detail here but debt per se isn't a problem.
If you can pay the wages, the bills and mortgage interest, then you can carryon for a long time, none requires you to pay off the debt.
That's the simplest I can come up with here. Lots of businesses run on debt.

I agree with you. I had a close look at their last financial report specifically looking at cashflow.
One of the thing that is clear is that thought the debt has gone up (Liberty among other things), they have no problems in issuing bonds, servicing the debt, and paying (albeit reduced) dividend.
I have been adding as and when funds allow at these prices. A 7% running yield is not to be sniffed at specially as, in my view, that is sustainable with their cashflow.
Yes the debt ratios are too high but they are coping!

PIs of all sorts make up less than 15%. I have said this many times. The top 7 IIs hold over 70 % and are in touch with the management (as acknowledged by Ofer that they keep in touch with main stakeholders). Excluding the company's staff holding, not much float left!
We both arrive at the same conclusion via different routes.
Ergo PIs cannot affect the SP.
Actually nor can a nasdaq listing as there isn't enough float!
You need to liberate enough stock from tosca, their mate schoder, and mithaq to have any meaningful effect.
Not happening soon! LOL
Hang on to their coattails and get rich is our only option (or get out!)

Thanks for the reply. I did get most of your problems from your previous posts. Aim is not meant to be an international exchange. In spite of most rumors, there are not that many problems dealing if you are in uk. There are some quite large companies quoted there because its cheap and flexible. As they say, you can't have it all!
It is nice to see some interest from someone on the west coast who deals in spite of the problems.
I don't know how much you hold or at what average, but I wish you all the best!
