Every quarter, after the result announcement it has dived by 20 to 35% without exception and you say its OK?

It gets cheaper with every quarterly result. Just check the 2-yr graph. Regular like clock work on every conference call.

It will soon be £1 or less. I would hold on to your dollars for a bit longer and not be mugged like me!

we just spent 75m+20m on buyback, 25m on vidaa, 239m on amobee and what we have to show for it is -21m on revenue.
I think Ofer is taking the mickey while pocketing his free shares.

All this great news and exciting developments, can you guys explain why we missed earnings forecast, have reduced ye target which will be less than last year's (310 vs 341)? And have had vidaa now and world cup and and amobee etc?
If Ofer misses the reduced ye target, where will we end up?

First of all, thank you for all the work that it took to write all the messages.
Secondly, they summarised a lot of information in one place. Which some of us appreciate.
I have doubts similar to yours but not selling because I can't afford such a large loss until forced.
I will wait, rather reluctantly, until the sp moves up or I have little choice before wipe out.

I have heard it all before... jam tomorrow.
You can't miss YOUR own forecast on revenue TWICE in a row. They should have been conservative BEFOREHAND!
All I know is that in spite of all this optimism, I am still down from flying at £8+ to £2+.
Certificates on walls don't impress the market. doing what you SAY and BEATING the bottom line does.

I agree we should be much higher, I think Tosca Floated "£11+" last November when asking for a buyback.
My point, though is that without the consent of the three big holders and the bod, no one can take it over.

There is little point in carping about these share awards :- We knew of them when the nas listing was proposed.
Nothing we could do about it then or now. The only ones who could, they big holders, approved and encouraged the bod.
