I follow him on Twitter and as far as i can tell still interacts with GGP tweets so i am guessing still holds.He comes across as a man of conviction.

Viking, like most europeans i am multi lingual. I am messing around with French because Freddie incorrectly called me his French Friend a few days ago. And look at the way he reacts when i speak with a french accent to him.

Saittengruppe is a collective of like minded people not limited geographically, but us Germans got to name it.

As an NCM SH when/if the vote comes along I will vote for the sale. Not because of GGP nor HAV. But because i believe NCM have been poorly run.

Not sure i agree that they are in the driving seat, there again i am not sure which way you mean it. You do have a penchent for negative slants. They are our partners and have a 70% stake. They are also trying to get as much value for themselves in the event of a TO. I would suggest that is what their SHs would want in the event of the sale.

I must have misunderstood. I thought you were arguing/saying that a delay in MRE is not good for GGP as Shaun was suggesting it was. Perhaps 'good' is the wrong word. In that, why would we big up the value of HAV now if we may be bidding for it in the coming months, whether of NM or NCM. Thats the way it came across.

So, if we had a 50% uplift at last MRE (can't remember the cut of date?) according to Shaun its been suggested that similar is in order, again it depends on the cut off regarding the data.

I wonder also, if we may see a change in cut off regarding the grades reporting? Bamps, any thoughts on this?

Don't think there is a SH who doesn't want a higher price. As for a 'delay'... Didn't SD indicate that to be the case the other day. Cul, were you not posturing the opposite as not being good a day or so? Unless i misunderstood. I may well have.

I'm trying to help him make the big decision and stop his dithering. To help him understand his self. He doesn't need to be negative, he could be positive and use that to manifest profits somewhere else as he clearly doesn't think that happens here. Anyway, as he says doesn't want to invest here and so, in effect is wasting time.

Maybe he's emotionally attached or something. Maybe he has a bloke crush on Hydro or Bamps.
