Share Consolidation

At the AGM, shareholders will be asked to pass an ordinary resolution to consolidate the Company's ordinary share capital whereby every 100 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Existing Ordinary Share") will be consolidated into one ordinary share of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Consolidated Share"), rounded down to the nearest whole share ("Consolidation"). The Consolidation will reduce the 10,731,098,677 Existing Ordinary Shares currently in issue to 107,310,987 Consolidated Shares and is expected to further enhance the perception of the Company and its prospects and help improve the marketability of the Company's shares to a wider group of potential investors.

If it gets to 1p, i'll remortgage my house, sell my kids, and some non essential organs.

Hopefully we'll stay above 60 at the close today. That should keep it there and above for good. GLA

I use barclays, only 'cos I bank with them also. £6 per trade plus a monthly fee. Not sure off the top of my head what the fees are, think they vary slightly on the volume of trades per month. Will check when I'm home.

I'm pretty new to this investor 'game' and very much a novice to the AIM market.
I'm only holding 80,000 shares in RMM, averaging at 0.372, the last few days is the first time they've been in profit, for me.
I hear, here and there, that this should re-rate to approx 4.5/5.00p in the near/mid future, that would be about £4000, for me.
Not by any stretch of the imagination a life changing amount.
What I wanna know is what does everyone feel about RMM, I read 'to the moon' alot, what in monatary value would be 'to the moon' are we talking pence or pounds, if so what sort of number? Thanks.

I've heard on the grapevine that the UK is going back to using 'old money' and icon are gonna start a currency minting business. Unfortunately the designs for the last time 'old money' was minted have been lost, and its gonna take a few months to sort things out, get up to speed. The new company is gonna be called 'Icoin'.

Take over target, if this were the case, 2.5/3.00p possibly. I seem to remember a deal fell through earlier in the year with a takeover, can't remember the details, a company in China (I think) was on the sniff, in Canada. So they maybe on the hunt again.

This share looks like a right little gold mine. (Sorry)
