Affecting the demand/shortage also is that most/all of us are on lockdown, and the demand for electricity has increased in peoples homes adding to this the extreme cold, heating etc. Although in the summer we were also on lockdown, we didn't have to heat our homes quite so much, if at all, during some periods.
