You're right, they could go in that direction . But they haven't told us which was they are going wrt expanding services - keeping it secret for the time being perhaps or perhaps haven't got a clue. lol
There is no doubt the are lots of directions they can go in to build the business and all the services you highlight will be part of the solution but I think mostly provided by partners prepared to work cheaply - Loopup are going for the bigger clients and hopefully where there is less competition.
Incidentally, I noticed in the last blog which targeted potential partners that they emphasised "Enterprise Customers" not SME's - looks like they are going for the big contracts with discerning customers to me. Just one of the 100,000 + employee businesses would change everything - and some of the potential partners may already have them as clients.
They say:
"Microsoft Teams Calling – a natural progression for your large enterprise customers"
and
"Our proposition is to jointly deliver an end-to-end Microsoft Teams cloud telephony/direct routing service to your largest customers, including design, deployment, and support, or we can simply provide a globally compliant telecommunications platform which you can offer to your customers."
What's not to like, not a lot of customer chasing in that strategy.
