Predictably it's not going as smoothly as many here and elsewhere lead everyone to believe. November shipment unlikely to met it appears.
I'm not sure why we are still paying Stark to do a job they should have done months ago. Did GR not agree to pay them by the job rather than the time?
PLeb - on 16th October raayadaar posted on the algw board that he wished he'd sold at 8p (well over 2 years ago). In June he bought some at around 2.25p. Current SP around 1.5p. He'e possibly well under water over there and has been there for a long time. It probably explains his attitude over here, tyrign to being others down with him.
Elcobb - just green box people if yuo don't like what they post.
That's what I did over on the PREM board to the Chuckle Brothers and around 10 other KODDERS who have been spamming that board for over 2 years now. If you're fed up of it here, welcome to the PREM board's experience.
Everyone is entitled to post their view where they like, even if you don't like it.
DrP - so you remember now then! I'm relieved your memory has recovered.
When the SP reaches 0.36p, I'd be most grateful if you could post here the content of the communication you sent Bernie, like you did on the other board. Looking forward to it.
26th July you posted the following 3 messages on a certain BB...
I don't suppose it'll do any good but I've emailed them:
"Hello,
I want to request a new item to vote for in the general meeting:
Appoint George Roach to an advisory role, appoint a new CEO and shareholders agree to a new fundraise.
Thank you,"

I managed to find the chap who signed off the GR salary and have sent him a message via Linkedin:
"Dear Mr Manhambara,
Thank you for your time in reading this message.
I wanted to contact you about the upcoming vote on extending the rights of the CEO of Premier African Minerals to raise funds. Mr Roach lost this vote not that long ago and intends to re-run it despite some significant issues. I note that he continues to pay himself a salary of some $275,000.00 per annum and that according to the last accounts this is with your agreement.
I kindly ask that you speak candidly with Mr Roach and appraise him of the current sentiment against his plan to raise a substantial amount through dilution against shareholders whilst retaining his position as CEO. I do not believe it to be in the best interest of shareholders, who have largely lost faith in his ability to realise the project.
If Mr Roach were to take an advisory role within the business but allow a new CEO to move the project forward I think this would be favourably received.
Kind Regardes"

Acker - a fair criticism. I did try to qualify it by using "largely" lost faith rather than simply "lost faith". One of the things that I considered when I wrote it was the decline in the share price from the high of 1p to where it is now at 0.4p and I thought that this could in itself be thought of as a loss of faith.
You are right that I don't speak for everyone - but I don't think it's bad form to be proactive. DrP
DrPineapple - nice try. You and I both know that whan a certain other share was aorund 60% down from its high point, you told shareholders on theat BB there that this alone was enough reason to write to the CEO to request he resign.
So I'll be eagerly awaiting news that you've sent Bernie this request for his resignation at 0.36p. Am I surprised you have "forgotten" this? Probably not. But I'll be here to remind you when (not IF) this SP reaches 0.36p
Real - if you're directing this to me by saying "you should know this", Ive been here 3 years now and on precisely zero occasions have I expected or requested GR to give grade or output figures. Nor did I state that in my previous post. Where you are getting this nonsense from is anyone's guess.
