So buy back date now likely to be end of october . On other hand you might empty your pockets and buy backs may be completed next week ! Believe it or not but Investor relations have no input in buying of BIRG shares in open market.

Also would you mind educating the board on bb limitations - ie what are the limitations ?

Such was the scale of bb through to date of AGM it was thought bb might complete by late august.Daily bb has dropped from c.450,000 pre AGM to c 130,000 post AGM.

BIRG only entitled to bb a %age of daily volume which is determined by market and not Investor Relations.

FYI Cuckoo, the clown I spoke to at the AGM is an official from BIRG's Investor Relations Dept and was of opinion bb might be complete towards end of August. As you well know the scale of the bb has reduced dramatically in last 7 weeks. State of play at the moment ( evening of 23 Sept ) is s/h of 1,006,770,500 in issue with c.30,390,000 still available for bb.

BB likely to be completed in coming 20 trading days.
