As regards S/H numbers BIRG published figs for end of October 2024 and again for end of february and their BB figs as reported in RNS,s didn,t tie in with reported figs. No arrogance there unless you are illiterate and unable to use a calculator !

Seeing Ryanair went through 21 euro today ,availed of the opportunity to sell 50% of my Ryanair holding at 21. What exit price do you think I should put on the remainder ? I was considering a price of 21.50.Do you think might be too light ?

Must say I am delighted I didn't take your advise "have you the bottle to buy at 20 euro " when opportunities arose later to buy at 14.75 / 15.50/16.50/ 16.90.

Historically AIB Mkt Cap consistently 20% and more above BIRG so I don't expect both mkt caps to equalise in near future.

Will be very interesting to see what AIB return to s/h on Wednesday, especially as govt has publicised their intention of exiting AIB this year.

Ryanair ; SP peaked at 19euro [ SP bottomed at 8euro. SP now at 20.98 today. 10% ABOVE prior peak.

So your liquidated recommendation , Ryanair, now has a Mkt value IN EXCESS of the COMBINED MKT VALUERS of IAG - Easy Jet - Air France - Lufthansa LOL,LOL OUCH OOOUUCH.

Well aware of the FACT that bb linked to daily volume of shares and that bb continued until nov/dec considering I kept a log of daily bb.

As regards AIB ,considering they have increased from c.5.25 in the new year to 6.50 Birg's results would not be material unless they were startling which they were not. AIB sp didn't fall and if their y/e figs are good no doubt but Birg should benefit.
