Like I just said car3y I have never witnessed. however I’m simply speculating if I was a placee involved in a 5p placing only to find out this morning that a director was insider selling while the placing was being negotiated.
Personally I would be fuming and pull my funds from the placing.

Looking at the large trades being dumped there maybe a possibility that the placing is being re priced.

I wonder if the placing at 5p is at risk , if I was involved in a placing with a director selling prior to placing news then would be a tad miffed and demand and negotiate a lower price.
