Incorrect L2 RSP are live pre market and after market close, you do know that trades get open closed stamped out of normal mKT hours.

Process of elimination re volume trades, TR1 will arrive when the seller is complete.
TR1 are issued when the information is pasted on to the company, information from seller is not always passed in a timely manner especially when its individual rather than institutions.
