With the comments regarding SEE possibly not being an independent company in 12-18 months in mind, can I put what might be a daft question and ask you to look at the performance rights to certain founders and key engineering staff as payments that can only be made by SEE as an independent company, especially the Founders part. With the Bosch 17p narrative in our rear view mirror and the Safestocks mention of Cenkos 39p potential sale point ahead, could SEE be looking to front load these payments while they have the opportunity prior to those decisions being taken out of their hands.

Yes that's my thoughts exactly. I don't mean to be critical to Chris I only enquire in the spirit of trying to understand his position. I have and still appreciate his blogs and insights but mostly his accuracy regarding the pipeline which makes his comments in todays post all the more confusing to me.

I have to say I'm having great difficulty reconciling the Safestocks post of 23/1/19 'SEE is worth over £1 a share' with his post Today ' Silver lining in a cloud of investor misery?' . Even with the dilution I'm left confused as to how using the same logic one can come to todays conclusions given his historic confidence.

Question is Why with what they knew, was 17p not sufficient? . Surely we can conclude that their expectations must have been and still are that they can expect a higher offer even with the inevitable dilution on the horizon thrown into to the mix.

Clearly disappointing but a lot of front loading of capacity in anticipation.

Lindqvest appears to be suggesting that Cenkos report misled about SEYE speed limitations.

The question "Do I have to pay for cenkos report or is their a link to it?" could also be read two ways and given the nature of the exchange I Could infer that it was meant to be a disparaging remark to discredit or question Cenkos motives for putting such details in the report .

World's best Driver Monitoring System is Fovio, as used in Cadillac CT6. It will soon be coming into 2020 Mercedes S Class, Ford F150, BMW, Byton and even FCA models. Expecting VW and Toyota to announce that they be using it soon. Seeing Machines is the next Mobileye.
