Very interested to know what leads you to this conclusion - to my knowledge there has been no news of any progress whatsoever on Accustem for many months?

Tildo you might not be missing anything but you are making what could be considered wild assumptions regarding the criteria for awarding the shares - as noted previously, whilst we all hope said targets will represent excellent value growth for ALL shareholders, unless and until specific details are released it is impossible to make a judgement. Shareholder discontent as evidenced by many posts today could have been avoided by providing clarity on the “targets” - hopefully we will ALL benefit from this situation.

Could be good/could be bad - ALL depends on the performance targets that need to be satisfied for share awards to be made and without that detail no way of knowing for sure, unfortunately.

Rosso that is the 12,000,000 (share) question? Not sure we will find out the detail but can only hope that achievement of those targets will mean that we are all equally as happy (and wealthy) as SD & his colleagues…..

LO - as anyone who is also in EUA will confirm, "shortly" is open to interpretation as to actual timescales.....!!

Sojourner - your point may be correct in terms of a single payment but that will obviously be determined by what is included within the calculation of FMV. IMO, such a single payment would have to take account of growth prospects, OR, as noted by an earlier poster, a single payment made based on current drill results but with a "ratchet" clause for further payments as future milestones (MRE's etc) are reached. Review of RNS 9/12/21 includes the following quote from SD: "With eight drill rigs operational, construction activities advancing and potential for significant upside for the scale and life of Havieron, there continues to be tremendous progress in the development of this world class project." IMO there is no way, given this statement, that future potential will not be accounted for in some way by the level of payment from Newcrest.

Interested to hear your view on what the level of cash burn is (and on what?) and whether this is speculation on your part or can be evidenced? Not disputing this may be the case but from a PI perspective given the apparent lack of progress with trials/development, the only costly activity has been the share listing manoeuvres and related advice? IMO none of the recent actions make any sense - TILS going to NASDAQ only should have been a good move in the context of a dynamic company looking to develop its assets and grow - but that contrasts with the almost total lack of apparent progress on that front for the last 12 months - also, if company looking to grow why even consider a share buy-back by using precious working capital? Notwithstanding modest amount, no logic to that at all IMO. Similarly on Accustem - seemingly a first class “asset” but appears to have been side-lined for a year? What benefit to the BOD in doing that? Obviously as PI’s we are not party to what may be going on in the background so hopefully we will receive a pleasant surprise one morning with news of a company/asset sale that would return some value to the long-suffering U.K. (in particular) shareholders.

From my many years of experience in financial transactions, "radio silence" as we are experiencing here is typically not a good sign unfortunately. I hope that I am far off the mark but I cannot really think of a set of circumstances that would support the recent (in)action of the BOD across both TILS and Accustem - other than their dash towards taking the companies in to a less transparent regulatory environment? Hope of NDA's/company sale are, IMO, without foundation at this time. LTH through the ups and downs of TILS so I do have all limbs crossed for a positive outcome.

Using your analogy of a house purchase, transfer documents/mortgage document (security for lender) will be signed in advance of completion date (albeit not dated as such) otherwise every purchaser would need to visit their solicitors office on the day of completion........

Is Hana still expecting to be able to provide news on Accustem “before Christmas”?? I won’t use the old joke of “which Christmas” but certainly not holding my breath.

I would expect the JV to have been signed prior to the EGM but obviously unless shareholders approve, said document would be irrelevant.

GGP not a valid comparison as per the context of your post. True size of Haveiron deposit will, IMO, eventually exceed 20moz by some margin and GGP already in bed with a major who is progressing mine development at break neck speed due to their nearby processing plant (Telfer) needing new feedstock. If CGNR can archieve a similar set up/size of deposit then I am sure we will all be very happy.

I would expect to see agreement reached on a figure based on anticipated size of deposit as evidenced by Feb 22 but with a ratchet clause to facilitate additional payments as the size continues to grow via further drilling. What that figure may be us anyone’s guess but would expect both parties to play fair given obvious strength of relationship. All good IMO.

The usual knee jerk reaction from the agenda driven posters looking for anything that could possibly be viewed as a negative - in the real world nothing to see here other than another positive report on the level of reserves. Business does not always run smoothly - or to published timeframes - so minor delay to remediate H & S matter is simply another investment in the L/T future of the operation. All good IMO.
