Agreed. Someone is being handed a bargain on a plate and the dilution is growing by the day.

Didn’t buy enough at 0.25 so debating whether and when to top up and average down, yet again.

Never seen so much good news drive the sp ever lower.

No wonder people see manipulation and conspiracy theories.

Is an issue of about 1.5 to 1.6 billion shares.

With 5.62billion shares in issue that equates to a 27% dilution.

I will try to buy more at 0.64 to average down as far as possible but it’s getting tiresome and expensive to have to keep doing it.

That said we all knew this was coming.

Which takes some doing given all the news.

Never a dull moment with HE1 and every RNS seems to be double edged.

Waiting to see where this bottoms and holding cash to drop my average yet again.

Still at least 0.25 looks unlikely unless HE1 aim to dilute even more than 20%.

Bought another chunk to average down.

Why not ?

I expect the sp to go up once the shares in lieu of salary re issued.

Plus there is news expected on various fronts, so for me now seems a great time to average down.

Looks like positive news but the sp drops again.

Seems to me the board giving themselves nearly 300m shares is a tad naughty, but basically all on track for slightly delayed production and income in Q4. I'm assuming ( hoping ) for more news on Rukwa before then so looking forward to seeing some movement towards the analyst target.

As always the MM's are creaming off a bit off the top with a silly spread but I expect the bid to bounce a bit over the next couple of days back over 0.80p.

They seem to have virtually everything in place but no firm news on production.

Everybody has waited years for that news.

The company had £32m when it announced it had paid £5m to the DHSC and announced it was putting in a claim for a £12m VAT refund which as we know was successful. That would make company cash £44m less whatever has been spent since - so our cash position is likely to be slightly more than the mcap say around £40m ?

With say 70m shares in issue that should give an sp of 57p - so we are now valued at less than our cash in hand ? Looks oversold to me.

That said as the sp hit 2.00 briefly around 27/08 the rest of us holding then and since then aren't exactly too delighted now either.

Hindsight is a great thing starting to wish I'd sold then.

An executive overview of the feasibility study issued as a 2nd RNS would be very welcome.

If it had been issued with the RNS about application for the mining licence, the sp might have actually gone up instead of down ( yet again ).

Who advises HE1 on this because they certainly aren’t worth anything they're pai.

Every bit of news is always badly delivered in a half finished state and results in the sp dropping.
