Increasing a dept facility doesn’t mean the company should be worth that much. It’s just dept that the company can use. In a way they could be worth less. If they where to borrow £250m they would in the long term owe more than that which would decrease their value

I would predict that the sp will be about what it is now, maybe slightly lower.
Predicting the sp on such a short time frame is absolutely pointless. You are better off using your time to repurchase thus company more or look for your next investment

Hopefully rock get these results out quickly. Be good to see some more movement in the sp.
this looks a lot like the first stages of ggp. On good results the sp could fly, we have such a low market cap
