I tracked our broadband problem down, that we have had for a week or so, it's my son's phone. For some reason, when his phone connects to the router, our download speeds drop to near zero. We had a similar problem a few years ago with his PS4, but I can't remember now how I solved it.
So for the time being, I've put his phone's mac address in the deny box in the router - lol.
Ever had a problem like that before?
Some say it can be active apps running in the background continuously uploading to the internet, but I don't know. He has had the phone for a year, but this started a week ago
