Just take the time to read about BG groug,how they made 17 major oil and gas discoveries, in there split from British gas,employed top geologists, and became a major oil and gas reserves,that shell had to buy them,and there biggest yet discovery, could be Mongolia, the buy out killed that,now Petro Matad,drills for real.
