Its worth considering that where MATD are drilling Wild Horse,if the latitude equivalents puts them in line with the south of France,I know the Siberia winds can cool the nights,but day time temperatures in December can hit 25 degs,so check this out and comments from Fundy would be appreciated, last years winter was colder than normal,

Wise after the event springs to mind,the reasons for drilling SL are I think best known to the geologist that studied the basins,looking at the cracks in the rocks movements within that drill,and the migration paths I'm sure will be scrutinized, also the hot shales,and of course the presence of gases in the early part of the drill,claiming this is a duster,well yes it is,but it will have reassured the exploration within the basins,now I look forward to WH,who knows,but the future just gets brighter,oh I've been buying more shares.

In Bayansayr ,day temperatures in November were above freezing till around 28th,so why not 30 days drilling.

I looked at the long range weather forecast for the local village nearby the drill site,and it looks good till December,then it starts to drop,but if the well isn't completed they will have drilled past the start indication 700 meters,but they may get to TD,and SL wasn't a waste of time,just missed the bull by a little.

scm123,Yes,you have changed your tune,any way a look at the SL drilling diagram, sshow numerous faults,cracks,dropped rock sections,oil migrated paths,Wild Horse shows very different formation, wwe live and learn,good top up price,I've just added some more.

Procelense,great summary,information gained from SL will further the search,I'm sure we will hear a lot more of the hot shale and the development within these basins of oil and gas,Mickey30, Wild Horse,can't be written off,especially from the results of SL,will be extremely unlucky if the large 2d image is water,when the organic materials/deposits, iindicate the basins have a working petroleum system,I think well worth the risk,I know the winter is long,but I've decided nothing better out there,WH is huge potential.

Can't be helped if the oil isn't there,but I'm sure the well wasn't a waste of time,plenty learnt from it.anything said in favour of PM is a ramp,and reading the deramp brigade, OOh!,and plenty of them,they want to put investors right,so now I know they will not drill this year,funny the RNS says they will,and what a drill it could be,risk,of course,but potential, massive.there is nothing worse than reading the rubbish.
