Have we tanked? Allow for dividend and we are now about 1% down on yesterday.

This morning's late opening etc was unusual and no doubt the fortunate may have got out at 940plus. And some would be in for the dividend with their stop loss set expecting the drop.

If you allow for the dividend - we are down about 2.5%

That would be quite funny, as Kenya will hopefully be valued significantly higher than when he was in charge.

I never trade on the basis that the SP will reduce according to the dividend -particularly on PMs. I'm still in good profit here and will add more as this is a long term hold for me.

We have been getting stuffed for months when compared to PM prices.

Thank you for that input. Uni, as for Kenya -the reworking will take time and if a few extra $ per barrel can become profit, then that makes a huge difference, but I don't want to get too confident yet.

It doesn't seem to be public knowledge that Kenya is being reworked - that's the game changer.

43M out on loan -4M increase.

Depending on the changing PM prices - then the dividend factor should become less significant. This should finish green today

We hit 949p - then the drop..

We are already massively undervalued - will be interesting to see what 'games' are being played here.

I have been in and out of Fres since 2013, and I can't remember any significant drops on dividend day. And I think we have closed 'up' on this day before.

'Spot' on, with the current PM prices Fres is massively undervalued.

The shares they have loaned out has gone from about 32M to 39M

I have only had a brief look - have they increased the number of shares 'lent' out.

Peter Schiff, mentioned this in a recent podcast. It would seem that the mint has the silver but mainly in commercial bars. So if someone wants delivery of smaller denominations / quantities it has to be reminted and this is what takes the time.

898 was only dodgy if you are looking for a quick buck and who isn't.

FRES is the only share that gives me FOMO - this can move so rapidly, like in2016.

It could be the end of this year before we make significant progress. Refinancing and Poo above $65 will obviously help, but Kenya appears to be the potential game changer. If there are no more lockdowns etc then next year should be fruitful - but I'm cautious on this happening.

That's a substantial holding, and if this was to rise only a fraction of what TLW did then we will all do well.
