Could be running stock to very low then they make money on price rather than vol [as more volatile]

Dunno really, its never traded properly since SVS - still no missing beauties - all a total mystery to me now but there is something share related lurking which will be corrected at some point.

Interesting. If it was a private company, all the Real info , good and bad, and how to go forward/ tactics / funding etc would be discussed within the private club. And you’d have to fund it between yourselves .

They wouldn't pro-actively take such a risk - they may have, by events, been caught out by a timing event.

Here are the options

1] Placing actually went to SVS clients who paid cash for them and were delivered to them around Aug 1 and they are locked up with Len Curtis. So never hit the market and no trade required- unlikely I grant you - the only time no big trade has not appeared post placing / Darwin issue was HH who actually were investors.
2] They were forward sold, SVS managed to deliver in time to the market and due to size, they are delaying publication - they could delay for ages - possible
3] Whichever mm had the order instructed WSG to deliver direct to them [maybe hearing that trouble was brewing] - not sure if possible given privity of contract - the mm and WSG had no contract. Still has to go through eh market though.
4] MM are short of the placing stock - they are allowed to be and for long as they want if part of normal trading activity but would they expose themselves to 7% ?

They left Oxford on either the 1st or 2nd August but where did they go after they left the gates - cue music

It is related to estimates of future profits - it’s clearly been calculated with specific info - otherwise you’d put the whole of losses carried forward times tax rate in as the deferred tax asset and they haven’t.

Here's one running commentary we would do without!!

Its not going to surge due to T20 trades - its the lack of them thats going to tell a story.
Technically its T20 for July 15 forwards - as they happened daily, they could be delivered on a rolling basis if there is trouble at mill. Usually its all done in one trade but this is not a usual scenario.
So its next week when we will see what's happening - and if the mms are on the hook, expect to see it get very volatile as the whole bag of tricks will be used.

If it starts to look erratic for no reason, sell you porn collection and pile in if you want some fun cause until we see the large trade, its all very uncertain.

And they were ordered to cease activities due to irregularity concerns by the FCA there’s a right hotpot of stuff behind the scenes.

Notwithstanding the accuracy of the figures, its even more intriguing as why would they hold over 1.2m on their own account? This points to them acting as principals [a shareholder] and not agents which really makes the warrants[and whole placing] looking even more doubtful than before- massive conflict bordering on criminal misrepresentation.

Fits in with why the FCA popped in for a cup of tea before administration.
Looking more and more like we are witnessing albeit in slow motion, a once in a blue moon event.
