Quite. He was told by MPS 30 days. Was he then supposed to put in the rns but it might not be if there is disagreement as to high much the port charges are increased for the new terminal over the old terminal rates?
One thing - being more efficient and turn around quicker means lower ship charter costs. So is it a real dispute or going through the motions to appear it’s been questioned. I’m sure rates have been ore-agreed as part of the port building contract. So it’s a small blip imo -
