Dickie, you don’t seem to able to grasp the underlying situation. The concession had rates put in as part of the deal , it’s a contract. They didn’t spend USD 1.5b without covering the tariffs to be charged. GPHA knew this and were just pretending to hear the unions concerns knowing they would accede after a respectable time period. That was Thursday when they said :
“We needed to at least implement the contractual obligations and there was a need for us to begin to interact”
We needed to means they have. If they said we need to, it means they will. Ergo, they’ve agreed- past tense - surprise- they own 20pc .
And MPS won’t hang around- why lose daily revenue.
