Dickie, you don’t seem to able to grasp the underlying situation. The concession had rates put in as part of the deal , it’s a contract. They didn’t spend USD 1.5b without covering the tariffs to be charged. GPHA knew this and were just pretending to hear the unions concerns knowing they would accede after a respectable time period. That was Thursday when they said :

We needed to means they have. If they said we need to, it means they will. Ergo, they’ve agreed- past tense - surprise- they own 20pc .
And MPS won’t hang around- why lose daily revenue.

And the beauty is that you can use unrealised gains from others to cross securitise your account. Not that its any of your business, you can see if you trawl back that I have PHD, Miri NSCI holdings [as well as other stocks I don't post on]
