You don’t seem able to grasp that this has nothing to do with POLX, it is a shareholder/ lender matter that is reported only due to TR requirements.
None of this directly affects the company and your beef is that the lenders didn’t offer you £50’s worth of shares at 13p. They don’t owe any of us a duty. - it’s between AMP and the lender. If you can’t see a director stumping up that size of cash as a positive then your a strange holder - but you sold out today - before you knew about Dr John . There were no sells after the second RNS so using that for a reason for selling ( at a nice profit anyway) is bull. If you don’t understand how lenders recover monies when the have security - read up on it. It’s 99pc certain the sale was within the lending contract terms - otherwise AMP would have stopped it as this sale was the coup de grace for them,

There is no obligation to offer to existing holders in a pre-emotional manner under what is an effective repossession of a mortgaged asset.

You have to understand how corporate debt collection works. AMP are / were effectively in receivership. Since the loan reschedule RNS, MTFB took a turn for the worse.( see my Sept 30 th post) So events persuaded the lender to pull the plug as the house of cards had fallen .
The sale has clearly been arranged to specific parties at the behest of the lender- they owe no duty of care to shareholders- they have the right to raise the outstanding amount as long as it’s done to unconnected parties- the price was low as they decided to dump them- time is of the essence-- yep not fair as such but a director coughing up over £200k and others getting it in short notice close to the IPO price is a big vote of confidence and it appears sticky. They realise they’ve been given a golden opportunity- I’m not jealous- a few pence in the scale of things is irrelevant . And the eternal threat of an AMP off load has gone. Very good news for all current shareholders and the future

Yesterday, a few peeps sold around 10% of what is in the public hands in the lunchtime and a few hours after bashing [ assuming it was not Octopus as per my previous post] - better to do it at this sp imo

Peeps tend to over complicate things and change their mind based on trades - and traders know. There will be news - hold or fold or trade - whatever, with the minuscule free float, the mms will be delighted.
Alternatively, stick your cash in an oily and analyse that risk reward. At least this volatility has a known base - the iis aren’t going to sell this anywhere near this level based on the recent underlying figures.
But you have to do your own analysis.
