Such statements are not made under oath. Get it cheap in cohoots with bod, paper over the cracks cash and when the dust has settled, flog it. I don't believe subjective mission style statements and certainly not the ultuisitic nonsense in that one.
You get rainbow chasers in real rubbish shares who appear happy - a real one comes along and they crap themselves and sell below a guarantee.- forgetting these shares are a rare as hens teeth. That's why there are a few grossly undervalued companies around - inability to analyse.
Used to be peeps sold on fear of placing. Nearly £3m cash and more income than ever. And dorks still sell. Don't blame the BOD, blame your fellow dorks. 1,2,3......................................
And they have said they will raise the bid if another party comes in. I agree, total no brainer. Just do nothing. This could be hours, days away and peeps still buying guff that's years away, if at all.
There's still 500k on the ask at 9.72. That's over 0.5% of the company. iis will defo wait to see how it pans out so whose shares are they? The last thing the BOD want is for the price to go over 10p - cause it means the market is putting 2 fingers up to them. If the ask dries up later, points to the directors. Clearly this leaks aka yesterdays miracle buy - probably find out it was the directors or Hanover - and that purchase is the supply. [yes, I've changed my mind in the space of a sentence!] Twists and turns but there is a big prize to play for aka the bullish outlook posted by Jarv.
Without a doubt the BOD have orchestrated such a scenario you pose. [job security which they won't necessarily have from another offeree for example] so its down the the 88% ii holders - can they be bothered - and/or someone like ION. Good news is that the iis can pick up the phone to other parties unlike us PIs
Nice place to be in though at 9.25p and a great soap opera style share and yes, further news can lands at any time now
Yep, bit like saying at an auction my first bid is my final bid as long as I’m the only one bidding. So for possible price , we have to look at cost and network/ client list synergies for any newco. None for VCs who seem to want to flip it. V interesting
Yes, we will see if management and shareholder interests are aligned. Could get nicely ugly - 1 director sold a load at 95p 3 years ago so he’s clearly not a fully committed company man!!
I would but now 1 sb costs £2.23 - that's just an outrageous amount to risk. If they drop the ask I might - just might get 1/2 a sb. Its the only way to re-booty my UP fund
