All you need to know is how Orion operates.
I have worked with them on a copper mine and they are thorough and brutal - so the $25m royalty agreement is the biggest green light you can get on a co at this stage - they do not part with their cash lightly
They have only fooked up once - WTI - and that was due to a natural problem occurring - total flood out of the mine if memory serves me.

Anyway, check the RSP for over 1m

You could be right but I just can't see paying back your lender and having to have a placement to replace it is good news.

How peeps think being forced to repay a big chunk of loan and replace it with equity in this climate is great is beyond me.

I agree the company has good prospects - this is all about the lender recalling £5m and telling the company to go an raise the same.
Good companies can be caught by over-trading - to be successful all bases have to be covered including funding
