The fact this could live or die by not only company mismanagement but also the abuse from its own shareholders, who are seemingly unaware of damaging their own pocket with their behaviour, by causing DC to throw in the towel, shows what a staggering unbelievable mess this is to be involved in.

And the delist or not should not be reliant on a new investor coming onboard. This narrative is BS and considering the company was likely profitable in 2022, along with the BL assets, then a full investigation should be pushed forward by all shareholders into exactly what has happened in 2023, if this does delist.

Who actually expected to hear well before the deadline? And by 'well before' I mean more than 1 week before? I certainly didn't.

It seems clear to me they are trying to get this new investor/partnership whatever it is, over the line in time to announce with the relist/publication of accounts. Which if it happens will be a benefit for all SHs, as it will hopefully be a positive deal and help to balance out the SP not caving below 1p, with the inevitable SH's who will bail out upon relist.

Yes, trust in leadership has gone. This needs to be rectified through wholesale changes, otherwise any recovery is going to have that cloud dragging on it. And I agree, contents mean zero unless we relist.

It is in better shape than Friday morning though and if this is to turn around, then yesterdays RNS was a decent start imo.

All in all seems positive to me. A better position than we were in this morning. On a scale of 1 being delist and 10 being saudi money is buying bricklive to save us all, I would say as it stands this RNS would be a 6.5-7, although caveat being we don't know what is behind the curtain yet. But, they have more time. And debtors willing to take 3p price is a big positive, could have been lower.

I do hope DC uses this as an inflection point to step back and focus on what he is very good at, deal making. Bring in an incentivised CEO, who will manage day to day operations. And ideally a clear out of the current leadership team.

You were heavily invested in MOS at the time, and you also seemed bitter as you had obviously lost money on this share, so I took that into account. I also had a low average and was betting on this turning around after covid. There are hundreds of people giving out 'advice' on these boards and chat rooms. I believed you about DC but I also believed kpop could be lucrative enough where even with his greed, shareholders could still make money.

Every share there are 'rampers' and 'derampers'. Nobody listens to one person. Why would I have based my financial decisions on somebody who had lost on their own investments and clearly did not like DC? To still be hanging around a share after how many years, that is not something I would waste my energy on, but good luck to you if that's what you want to do.

I believe what you are saying to be factually correct. But the realities to shareholders (and end result) if these investigations happen? Legal fees alone would probably bankrupt the company.

As I say, what has always top trumped everything for me is getting an ROI and this route you are talking about has never sat right with me on that front and has always felt like it should be a last resort. We are not there (yet).

I would say also, your message is making alot of assumptions. What if the company posts a profit in the late accounts? What if StART isn't the rip off I and some of us think it is, and it hits it's targets? Do you change your mind then? My point is we don't know the reality of what is going on with the company and all I want is to find out from the horses mouth before I choose to join any, what appear to be crusades, rather than investors interested in a ROI.

I solely want a chance of a ROI here, not interested in anything else at this stage. I have been foolish and put all my eggs in one basket and if I am understanding correctly, if this insolvency investigation gathers pace, it will be because the company will have delisted. And if the company delists, all of our investments are in the toilet. It is one or the other, as far as I can see. I don't see a scenario where you have an investigation everybody is happy with and also investors have an ROI.

Hughes - I would guess the delay has been them trying to formulate a plan and way forward, after kpop going kaput.

There will of course be many who don't post or read on here who are also invested. They might probably know more than us lot of chunters, in this bubble.

But as I've said before, no pitchfork here or wishing of ill health, not until I see what the plan is. We've waited this long.

I think DC reads this board. Hopefully he is aware, of the very small minority wishing him ill here, there are 50x that amount of people who are waiting patiently and silently, who have put their faith in him and his company, hoping something is going to be pulled out of the bag here.

Guzzler you were repetitive and constant sniping, which I got tired of reading, so left. Everybody makes their own investment decisions with all the informatino to hand, but the amount of time and energy you put towards something you have not been invested in for ages, is not healthy. I had similar with bidstack and hung around for about a month after, that was Feb 21. I got out at 6.5p and it's at .3p now but I'm not saying I told you so to any of them still investors, I've long since moved on. To still be sniping and trying to point score here is not good. You got it right to get your money out here, well done. Don't need to rub it in for x years later for us folk who are staring into the abyss with this one.
