Looks like an investment income surcharge is coming our way. Could the tax shelter of an ISA be impacted? Back in the 1970's we had a surcharge on investment income at rates of 10 & 15% and a top rate of tax on investment income of 98%. Wednesday could be an "interesting day". JJ

To say diamonds are 'about to be released ' is not based on a RNS issued by VAST. JJ

There is nothing to be excited about in there. That is not to say we should be in a panic state. To suggest this is a 'strong buy' is not based on any facts. There is no guarantee that the diamonds, or their value, will end up in the hands of VAST. Conjecture is not the basis for sound investment. Of course I would love VAST to turn out to be very profitable. JJ
