Develop e.g. new product lines. To my mind 'transform' should be used for a limited period otherwise it suggests that you are working too slowly and have yet to transform. JJ

Couple of months back I indicated that my target for MKS was, and is still, £5 within 18months. I also said that I thought MKS could be at £4 by the time of FYR in May this year. Fender should I be joining others on the naughty step? Can we not have different views and express them on this bb as its only a bit of fun. Good luck with your trading, although I note your ' hold' so maybe you are changing your intentions now with regard to MKS. JJ

With a peace deal on the horizon the share price will rise by fits and starts but will get to 10p before the details have been thrashed out. Before the war this was above 20p so in the course of the next 3/6months it ought to be back there. Watch and enjoy the ride. JJ

Chamberlain thought he had appeased Hitler but he hadn't. There is no reason to believe Putin will stop. Yes he may accept a 'peace deal' on terms which show he has won. And back he will come a few years later grabbing more territory, because he can. China is ready with their grab of territory. Israel is grabbing territory. What a terrible state of affairs. JJ

At the moment M&S stores need updating in many cases so money is needed to do that. Far better to spend profits in improving the stores and the products they sell as this will reflect in growth of the share price. If profits are directed to paying increased divs then the store improvement prog. will slow down leading to a slowing in turnover and profit and the share price will fall. I bought MKS when they were not paying a dividend, if they stopped paying a div now that would be okay with me provided they put out a good story as to how they will grow the business with all the money they have made. For those who want a div there are companies delivering good divs but not growing the share price anywhere near as well as MKS. Of course someone will pick me up on this but I know that MKS is a growth share for me and my M&G shares pay a high div. My personal view. JJ

A couple of weeks ago we would have been well pleased to have the share at 4.5p along with a degree of positive talk about the war ending. In the next 5 days we could be sitting around 10/15p if Trump announces ???. Not wishing to talk up simply happy to continue waiting for the news. Have a pleasant day. JJ

SBRY should be seen as a "recovery prospect" but it may take years to produce the goods. TSCO are being more nimble in taking on ALDI/LIDL. I'm pleased with my money in TSCO. Good luck. JJ
