Fender good afternoon. A few points from your 'plan'. I hold investments in LLOY, NWG, and MKS. The worst performer for me has been LLOY. I have held all of these for at least 5 years. I'm still 200% up with my MKS, about 60% with LLOY and my star is NWG at above 200% in a shorter period. If you are going to trade your investment in LLOY/NWG then I have nothing to add. As a long term investment I have preference for MKS in comparison with MKS. I hope we can look at the latter two on say a quarterly basis. Good luck JJ

If you have worked in retail you will know there is a good mark up which means marking down does not create losses but less profit. However I expect turnover to rapidly increase and break records. M&S customers will be ready to buy now IMO, now is the moment for bullish investors JJ

Difranco you are perfectly entitled to show some caution where MKS is concerned, in the short term. However don't be surprised if this moves above £4 this month and if as I expect its seen that customers love the 'new online' then by the autumn MKS could be trading closer to £4.50. I for one don't believe that the net cost to MKS will be anywhere near to £300m. The business will, as already noted, be doing everything to mitigate the costs. Customers love a 'sale' where they consider that they are getting a bargain but the business can still get an acceptable margin. All IMHO oh good luck JJ

Inclined to agree that if you are not already holding then there is a significant upside. The much shouted about loss of £300m is priced in IMHO.

From what I can see from the 'MKS share trades' its the small investor who is selling and the serious investors are staying put hence there is not a lot of movement in the share price. This should tell you something. Good luck all who are invested here JJ
