Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The real question is, is anyone filing at all. The number of “reminders” they’ve put out would suggest it’s all noise
I've been on this platform for a while now and the one thing I particularly enjoy is how so many people seem totally convinced that their short term predictions on prices for Argo/BTC are totally accurate yet very rarely pan out.
@HGN, of course you can absolutely voice an opinion. But, if you truly believe that the CEO is deliberately misleading investors (both institutional and private) then personally I wonder what your purpose is here. Why would you still be an investor in a company you believe is "in a death spiral".
What the original post said isn't an analysis of what is going wrong in any way shape or form, it adds nothing. What it does say, is that the person posting (and others on other threads) believe that the CEO and board are Deliberately misleading investors.
OP stated "He has well and truly hoodwinked a great many retail investors and several institutional funds"
This is serious. If you believe this and have evidence, then this needs to be reported to the official bodies responsible. Unless of course, the people posting this sort of thing are just spouting off for no apparent reason? This type of post isn't an alternative to ramping, it is a claim that has serious implications.
@calamari, nope. This board is mostly pointless. But, I fail to understand people who come on day after day and say stuff like Peter Wall has "hoodwinked" investors and institutional funds as well as some other pretty slanderous things and still claim to be investors. Personally I think you'd have to be a complete moron to invest in any company where you believe the CEO is actively misleading investors. If that is your belief, then my suggestion would be to sell while you're ahead and move on. Some people here feel like the jilted ex who can't let it go. As for wetting myself? interesting you should say that, because a lot of what some people post here does make me wet myself laughing. If you truly don't believe in the board/company then I fail to see what you could possibly gain by turning up here day after day voicing opinions on a company you have no stake or interest in.
I'm assuming you've cut your losses, sold up and moved on then?
Noncrypto, I'm genuinely confused by your purpose. You literally have "non crypto" as your screen name, you don't believe in bitcoin or argo, yet, you seem to be posting here more than anyone apart from chaebol. Are you getting off on this? or do you just have lots of spare time so you can post stuff on something you've no interest in?
It should be a forum to discuss fundamentals. However, when people start off with their humble brags about how they "called it" way back whenever (yawn), then the optics don't look like an informed investor looking for advice. They look like just another person who's arrived on the scene when Bitcoin crashes and the share price is down to tell us all how brilliant they are. (Same goes for the people talking about £10 before Christmas as well)
And_its_gone with all due respect, apart from the "humble brag" of calling the price right (well done you, you must be delighted with yourself), I am however very confused why you believe this particular forum is a good place to get information on forward cash planning?
Why are you giving this eejit oxygen? He’s delighted when people are losing money? But seems to he wasting the most valuable commodity of all, which is time, by relentlessly posting about a stock he doesn’t and has never owned.
I suspect it's Traders taking their 10% rise
@mysteryguy dear god but you’re boring. Sell up and move on.
Should anyone take advice from boatman capital if they can't keep a website running? https://theboatmancapital.com
As someone who's actually produced promo videos, I'm hoping I can get in on this £50k you're talking about?
Given the fact that pretty much anyone with an MacBook can produce something as good as these videos if not better with a HD camera on a Drone costing under £500. So, whoever's charging you more than £18k per video has taken you for a ride.
It’s “Hugh”? Grant? Sell your “shares” and move on. If it’s that negative and you think it’s going to fall lower then walk away.
You think they’re investors? Lol. Pretending to hold shares and then complaining constantly about your pretend holding of shares isn’t investing.
@chuz. You're making huge assumptions that payment for machines will 1) all be in one go and 2) there's no deals to be done.
3) You've forgotten another revenue stream from the future IPO of Pluto and the revenue that will bring in.
Dilution by Half a billion? Lol seriously where do people get their numbers from?
@the_chuz
"All depends on perspective and its one of those odd situations where 2 completely opposing views were both right."
Spot on! Everything is about perspective.
If you were hoping for a massive pump today with a high IPO price life will feel dreadful and sad....
If you were hoping for big gains long term with lots of future developments in the field of blockchain and crypto currency not even as yet imagined, then the IPO price today is pretty meaningless.
Anyhoo, to the moon, DYOR, GLA etc etc yadayada
That video is less food for thought and more junk food for thought. It's a really simplistic view of the situation. A problem which could have been solved if like the rest of North America, Texas had been plugged into a wider grid to share the burden. Also, given that ERCOT themselves said that non-renewable energy failed at twice the rate of renewable energy.
Did they also throw their clogs into the machines?
