Interesting how Southern Water (currently piloting Leakbot) and a whole host of other water utility companies, are submitting similar business plans now, for Ofwat’s next review period 2025-2030.
These overlapping business plans are in addition to Ofwat’s new £100 million water efficiency fund and clearly are aimed at the water leakage issue.
Although this second huge new vertical revenue stream for Ondo is still in its early stages - if Ondo can ultimately combine the Insurance & Water Utility industries, in introducing Leakbot to their respective mass markets, I think the potential here is quite staggering!
Mass implementation into the UK market would be transformational for Ondo.
If replicated further in Europe, followed by Australasia, Asia and North America - I believe the massive numbers involved here, could rapidly metamorphosize this embryonic microcap, into a major cap company.
I believe that Leakbot - will be the right product, in the right place and at the right time.
