It's certainly a very high risk occupation indeed if you are a novice, requires knowledge and acute expertise mixed with a large dollop of luck!

From what I have gleaned so far.

1. Looking at all the Semnet related RNS's issued by GST the use of the word 'IPO' makes me think that this will be the chosen method, though I do concede it could be by another approach as in 2.0 below, direct listing etc instead of an IPO

2. There are 3 options to listing on Nasdaq

Correct Arthur, no one on this BB has a Scooby Doo when Semnet will a) Issue a Prospectus , and b) IPO on Nasdaq.

For me my guess is anything between now and Dec 25.

If you dig deep enough into their NASDAQ listing journey, you will find that it took them approximately 12 months ie from issue of Prospectus Oct 23 to IPO OCT 24 to be then actually listed on Nasdaq.

The only saving grace this time around re Trident Global Capital assistance /Semnet listing in my opinion, is that with the up and coming DT pro crypto push plus slashing of bureaucracy via EM etc.......timelines may well indeed be shortened.

So IMO do not expect a Nasdaq listing for Semnet next week is all I'm saying. .

Question is how many folk use CO-PILOT?
