Tend to sort of agree with you there, but so far we have no clue as to who the four new shareholders are, ie are they new recruits to the GST empire?

Secondly, maybe this is a possible explanation as to why the whole Easysend transaction has been taking so long to conclude, ie RL has decided to keep a larger stake in the knowledge that 60% is going to be worth a lot more in the not too distant future than 40%?

Just my musings , could well be wrong of course.

Whatever happens, we should find out by at least the 31st March I reckon, IMHO.

'On Easysend - anytime between now and 31st March 2025 for an update as it was Q1 2025.

On Semnet - Tim has pointed out that the announcement on 19 November was the deliverable within 3 months from the 15th October and so it was ahead of time and so I am not sure we should expect an imminent Semnet announcement - that may have possibly been a misinterpretation of people who certainly thought there would be one.

"On Semnet no guidance of timing has been given, other than in the announcement on 15 October that GST would look to finalise a formal agreement, which happened and was announced on 19 November. I know from 30 years experience of doing them that IPOs can take some time and an update on expected timing will be given in due course when the picture is clearer."

AHS, Your example Sionna Therapeutics is a US based company. Semnet will not be using an S1 but F1 form as they are foreign etc, so maybe foreign companies take a little longer as there is more to cover, see below etc
