Given that this is the last day for CUDA closure, we should receive confirmation when the TSX closes tonight at the latest.

I have not heard from the main man since 29th June, so there is an obvious news blackout until CUDA Closure news hits the doormat.

kesghis - the IRR is being refined for the benefit of AM's team/shareholders.

GM shaa - I was hoping for early delivery, as this is in the best interests of the Company going forward. We need the figures on the Balance Sheet to enhance our application for improved credit facilities. Reading between the lines, I have a feeling that our drilling campaign is going to be delayed by the shortage of steel tubulars. I trust that AM will give us a more accurate update this week.

kesghis - I am not saying that the process is late. He was focused on getting it done yesterday, and obviously something got in the way.

Given that the IRR was supposed to be delivered in May - RS have had more than enough time to refine the document for us "unsophisticated investors"! After all, COPL are probably paying a humongous fee for the privilege of underlining our new resource.

I am rather disappointed that AM could not deliver on his intention of closing by 11th July - not the first time for late delivery.

Contractually, COPL are obliged to Close by next Monday. Perhaps the "red dot" will arrive early this week!

Hi Bob - AM told me that he was trying to get CUDA done by the 11th. That day has arrived, so I am looking for some news tomorrow morning.

CUDA news imminent maqsood - increased 85% WI on balance sheet. I would also expect an update on RS IRR & possible RBL refinancing.

Oiler - I understand that the IRR has been delayed.

AM told me two weeks ago, that they were looking to get CUDA closed on or before 11th July. If this is still on track, then I would expect an RNA tomorrow morning IMHO.
